RE : MOTORCYCLE AND CAR PARKING PROCEDURES

In its ongoing commitment to enhance parking system efficiency, Jiran Residensi Management
will begin implementing the following parking rules for the well-being of all residents.

A. Motorcycle Parking For Block A And Blok B Residents

1. Park only at the motorcycle designated area at all levels with valid motorcycle parking
sticker.
2. Residents/guests without valid motorcycle parking stickers, please park your motorcycles
outside guardhouse.
3. Maximum 4 motorbikes are allowed per unit to park inside Jiran Residensi.
4. Parking at the entrance, lobby area, staircase, hidden corners of the building, covered car
park lots or any other non-designated area strictly prohibited and to be clamped.

B. Car Parking For Blok A

1. Park only at your own accessory parcel/ lot with valid sticker. (lots with letter A)
2. Do not park at other resident parking lot without consent.
3. Parking in areas marked with letter OB, near the entrance, lobby, staircase, hidden corners,
covered lots, or any undesignated spaces is strictly prohibited.

C. Car Parking For Blok B

1. Park only at lots marked with letter OB (open parking blok B) with valid sticker on first
come-first serve basis as designated by State Government.
2. Vehicles parked in the same spot for over 7 days will be clamped. Please avoid persistent
parking in the same location to discourage the habit.
3. Parking in areas marked with letter A, near the entrance, lobby, staircase, hidden corners,
covered lots, or any undesignated spaces is strictly prohibited.

Non – adherence to the above rules will result in your vehicle being clamped and charged
penalty.
To remove the clamp, the vehicle owner will have to pay fine of Rm50 for motorbike and RM
100 for car. Please contact:
 Jiran Residensi Management Office (04-3327707/ 018-3656825) during office hours.
 Security Control Room (011-15008043) after office hours.

A receipt will be issued for the payment.

Jiran Residensi Management Corporation will not be responsible for any vehicle damages due to
enforcement actions.
Please treat this as a final reminder and we genuinely hope that you will adhere to the rules for all
the wellbeing of all residents.
