Dear Residents,

It has been observed that many residents are relieving their pets
in common area i.e. driveway, main road, jogging tracks, parking
area & park area instead of designated Pet area near new
Swimming Pool. This is quite uncomfortable for fellow residents.

In view of the above, from now onwards if we found any body

relieving his/her pet in common area, a fine of Rs 500/- will be
imposed on the defaulters.

NOTICE
Dear Residents,
 
It has been observed that many residents are parking their bicycle in lift lobby which is a
big safety issue in case of emergency evacuation of towers. Apart from this many glass
doors of the fire/electrical shafts are broken due to these bicycles.
 
Many residents are parking their bicycle/two wheelers/four wheeler in front of tower
entrance which is obstructing free movement of other vehicle/persons.
 
In view of above residents of towers A11 to A14 are requested to remove your
bicycles/two wheelers/four wheelers from un authorized parking area by 22 Jan 21, if
you don’t remove the same, Facility team will get it removed.
