Standard Conditions :

JGE standard conditions must be complied with, if and when applicable:

1. This Access Permit is for the applied scope only. Any change in scope of works must be communicated
to JGE Master Community and requires a new Access Permit.
2. The Property Owner’s (applicant) is responsible for the contractors and visitors they bring into the
community and are liable/responsible for any damages that may occur as a result.
3. The Applicant should minimize nuisance to the public in general caused by any works at the property
and must at all times comply with the Community Rules and Regulations.
4. Dumping of rubbish / debris / solid waste / garden wastes & other materials onto empty plots, near
recycle bins or directly into the lake side is strictly prohibited and shall be dump outside the JGE territory at
designated dumping areas allotted by local authorities.
5. Extraction & discharge of the dewatering of pool or water tanks to JGE storm water or sewerage system
is strictly prohibited & will only be done through an approved water tanker. In case of any such occurrence
the present permit will be immediately revoked, and the service provider will be requested to vacate the site
immediately and pay for any costs incurred as a result from this breach.
6. Bring a print out or electronic copy of this document when entering the district.

Kindly note that this permit does not serve as an NOC (no objection certificate) for modification /
structural alteration / addition to the property / external painting to change the color of the property
/ installation of pergola or shade. These works should be addressed to the City Relations
Department by applying for an NOC online under the ‘Development NOC+’ category.
