People lived without knowing that this could happen for the last few years.

During the previous

week, the Dominican Republic faced a sudden climate change that surprised its people. A
freezing snow storm caused this incident. Tropical temperatures in this country have always
been regular but dropped to minimum temperatures, especially in areas at higher elevations
above sea level. Snow covered large areas of land, causing a transportation problem and
changes to daily life. Scientists began to examine this event to identify the causes and possible
results. But we're not sure if they were going to make it.

President Luis Abinader of the Dominican Republic called the global community to help
neighboring Haiti, which is currently experiencing a humanitarian and security crisis like no
other. Abinader warned that not taking immediate measures would allow the crisis to expand
throughout the region and create more havoc and he was also visiting all the provinces
constantly.

While the Dominican Republic reinforced its immigration policies and border security measures
against Haiti, seeking to keep the crisis contained within its borders. The situation in Haiti had
led to the use of false identification documents. and they were also begging for some food,
since they had no resources.

Furthermore, the government is offering shelter to those people whose homes were destroyed
by the catastrophe but they were not responding very pleasantly to the situation and were
arguing pointlessly.

For another part, many influential people had spoken to people and suggested doing a
collection for those most affected and people were thanking them for these actions.

In conclusion, these small countries are going through a bad time and do not know what the
future holds since it seems that the climate continues to decrease more and more and become
literally uninhabitable for people. This is said by some of the country's residents.
