Re: - Written Warning for Poor Performance

You are being issued this Written Warning as it has been observed that despite having given
verbal warnings about your poor performance, you are not performing up to the level that has
been expected of you at BGC which is directly resulting in willful insubordination and gross
negligence of duties, in your capacity as a Mall Supervisor. Your failure to adhere to the BGC
protocols and instructions relating to handling of Day to day Operations puts you under the
category of a poor performer.

You are hereby warned to develop your performance; Failure to adhere to the conditions of
this final warning, development of new or related problems, and/or continued unsatisfactory
performance will lead to more serious corrective action up to termination. Therefore, it is
highly appreciated that you take this warning letter as a stern reminder to make attempt and
improve your performance.

We trust and look forward to observing a lot more responsible conduct and improvement in
your performance in future.
