Job Description:
1. Welcome patients or service recipients and facilitate various matters for service
recipients
2. Receiving complaints and solving immediate problems for patients or service
recipients
3. Providing information about buildings, services, health check-up programs and
Chivawattana programs, membership card benefits, hospital promotions, and other
assigned tasks
4. Take care of the service recipients and very important person patients (V.I.P.)
- To receive the medicine
- To help with the payment process
- To receive x-ray results CDs
5. Visa extension for treatment medical case and the escort
6. Coordinating E-mail
- To notify the nurses about the patient
- To get the complaints
- To coordinate with the affiliated hospital
- To book the hotel room for the patients
