Activity 1:
Manufacturers, merchants, and other business owners use the term "product cost" to
refer to a specific financial value in their internal accounting. As part of the supply chain
planning process, manufacturers frequently decide the initial value of goods for retailers.
As a warm-up, write down some points which come to your mind when you think of
presenting quotations to customers.
