• Selected Group has to deliver presentation
• Content of Presentation:
– Summary of reading materials from DesJardins (2020) chapter 3
– Case Study: Starbucks Mission: Social Responsibility and Brand Strength
– Introduction of the Case Study ➔ background of Starbucks (vision mission, strategy,
etc)
– Problem identification – identifying the corporate social responsibility program/practices
of Starbucks
– Problem analysis – analyzing with main theory from Desjardins Chapter 3
– Implications – Identifying impacts that Starbucks has after implementing such CSR
program
– Lesson learned from the case study
– References – including the textbook(s), articles, information from the internet or
interview, with the dates of access.
– Deadline : 8:30 AM (Class 6I), 10:30 AM (Class 6N), 13:30 (Class 6C)
• Note: a representative from group has to upload PPT to LMS)
– Duration of Presentation for each group: max. 35 minutes (including Q&A)

• Note: Late submission will impact on points reduction
