Short Profile:
I am a conservation veterinarian working with orangutans at the Borneo Orangutan Survival
Foundation (BOSF) in Central Kalimantan. I graduated as a veterinarian in 2023 and have
recently joined BOSF, where I have been employed for the past 10 months. I am diligent,
capable of working well both independently and as part of a team. I have a strong interest in
and passion for conservation, particularly in relation to orangutans. Becoming a veterinarian
was my choice to contribute to the well-being of animals, humans, and the environment.

Veterinary Paramedic (August-December 2021)
Responsible for outpatient and inpatient admissions, grooming, assisting veterinarians in
treatment and surgery, sales assistance, summary reporting, and pet shop inventory
management.
Borneo Orangutan Survival Foundation (BOSF)
Veterinarian (June 2023-present)
Responsible for orangutan health, including disease prevention, enclosure cleanliness
monitoring, animal welfare, disease treatment, surgeries, and orangutan release monitoring.
Collaborating with other veterinarians in orangutan care and treatment.

Organizational Experience:

Supervised association management and coordinated student activities. Collaborated in teams
to organize events for animal welfare improvement and enhancing students' veterinary skills
through activities such as social service, internships, talk shows, etc.

Participated as a member in environmental conservation activities, including mangrove
planting in flood-prone areas and beach cleaning and conservation.

Internship Experience:

Learned about sterilization and pasteurization of milk and the care of Friesian Holstein dairy
calves and pregnant cows, handling calving, healthcare, and treatment of sick cows with
various diagnoses.
PT. Mabar Feed Indonesia (2022)
Studied broiler chicken business management, nutrition for chickens of various ages,
vaccination for disease prevention, necropsy for disease investigation, and care and treatment
of chickens in captivity.
Pematang Siantar Animal Park (Siantar Zoo) 2022
Assisted in feeding, healthcare for Primates, Tigers, and Lions, treatment of sick animals,
necropsy, and zoo management.
