you with your promise for completed in a situplated time period
of one month was provided to you for which the payment of Rs
100,000 was paid to you 70,000 in account and 30,000 in
cash.after making payment a work permit and Visa and Dummy
Air Tickets for Azerbaijan was provided by you to Arun Aiti
was a false work permit and false air tickets when Arun Aiti
arrived at airport for fly to Azerbaijan He came to know that the
air tickets are was withdrawal by you and all fake documents was
provided and prepared by you was given to Arun Aiti but you hide
all this matter and cheated my client which was waste of time and
waste of money and waste of reputation so it is your duty to
complete your job which was provided to you with honesty or
return my client’s all expenses and all advances which was paid to
you within the period of 7 days or within the receipt of this legal
notice and failure of making payment or completition of this job
may lead you to a intiate a legal proceedings against you in valid
jurdictions of my client under sec. IPC 420,468,120.
