I am trying to grow their social media following. It helps them reach out to more people so that
the posts they do make can help sell more flowers.

It is the getting attention part of the funnel, where they use social media to get attention.

Who am I talking to?


-Mostly Women.
-They live in Whitehouse, Texas.
-They’re looking for flowers for weddings, birthdays, prom, anniversary and valentine’s day.
-They want affordable flowers.
-They want high-Quality flowers.
-They want beautiful flowers.
-They buy the flowers for someone else most of the time.
-They want the flowers to look good for the other person.

Where are they now?


-On Instagram feed or search.
-Level 3 awareness.
-Level 2 market sophistication. Most companies’ headlines are “Fresh Spring Flowers,” or,
“Beautiful Flowers.” Which are bigger claims because it makes the flowers seem higher-quality
than just saying “flowers”
-They currently want flowers to impress other people for their wedding or they want to show
their appreciation for someone on their birthday, anniversary or valentine’s day
-Their current feeling of desire for flowers varies based on what they need it for, but the most
common reason, getting them for other people, would place it pretty low because it doesn’t affect
them too much if they don’t get the flowers. I would put it at 1/10 or 2/10.
-They don’t know of the product yet, so they don’t believe the product will work. They do
believe flowers will make this person like them more though.
-They don’t trust the business too much because they haven’t heard of it.
-They want flowers for something, but they don’t have the budget for expensive flowers.
-They don’t have enough time to put in intensive planning about how the flowers should look.
-They want the perfect floral arrangement, with minimal and effortless planning, that is cost-
effective.
-Their roadblocks are not knowing enough about flowers to make a good floral arrangement, not
having the time to make one, and not enough money to buy an expensive florist.
-The desire that these flowers satisfy is the desire to fit into the celebratory Atmosphere of
Easter.
Where do I want them to go?
-I want them to visit the profile and follow with the intent to learn more and maybe purchase
flowers.
-I want them to trust that the flowers and floral arrangements provided by this company are high-
quality, and that they will be tailored to them.
-I want them to be certain that a beautiful flower arrangement is the best way to show their
appreciation to someone.
-Following isn’t a big cost, but buying a floral arrangement is a medium level cost.

What steps do they need to take?


-I’ll get their attention with some objectively beautiful flowers with text talking about getting
beautiful easter flowers check the caption. Then they’ll look at the caption, which will be
something about beautiful easter flowers.
-To get them to go check out the profile and website, I’ll talk about how much their family
would like these flowers for easter.

Mechanism/Solution
-The mechanism is to find affordable floral arrangements, specifically designed for their
situation, that look amazing.
-The product ties in because the flowers are affordable; there are different arrangements for
every price range.
-There are also arrangements for most holidays, prom, weddings, anniversary, graduation, back
to school, just because, get well soon, and patriotic flowers.
