YouTube is a video sharing platform where users can upload, share and view videos. It was
created in 2005 and has since become one of the most popular websites in the world, with
over 2 billion monthly active users. The platform allows users to watch videos on a wide
range of topics, including music, entertainment, news, education, and more. Users can also
interact with the content by liking, commenting, and subscribing to channels, as well as
create their own channels to upload their own videos. YouTube is free to use and is available
on multiple devices, including desktop, mobile, and smart TVs.

What is the problem area that it is solving for you?

YouTube is solving the problem of accessing a wide range of video content on various topics
such as education, entertainment, news, music, and more. It provides users with a platform to
upload, share and view videos. Now a days we can watch live telecast of different channel in
YouTube.

What are the improvement areas of the products and how as an

entrepreneur, you think you would have solved it?

From a business standpoint, I would have invested in developing more effective content
moderation tools and strategies, including human moderators and better AI algorithms that
can detect and remove inappropriate content quickly. Although YouTube provides an
excellent user experience in terms of accessing and viewing videos, there is still room for
improvement in terms of personalization and discovery of relevant content. As an owner, I
would have invested in developing better recommendation algorithms that take into account
user preferences and viewing history, as well as providing users with more tools to customize
their viewing experience.
 Xiaomi Smart Television
A smart television is a television set that has integrated internet connectivity and software
capabilities that enable it to connect to the internet and access various online services and
content without requiring additional external devices. This allows users to access streaming
video and audio, apps, social media, online games, and web browsing directly on their
television. Smart TVs can connect to the internet through Wi-Fi or Ethernet, and users can
control them using a remote or a smartphone app. Some smart TVs also come with voice
assistants like Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant. Overall, a smart television provides a
more integrated and convenient entertainment experience for users compared to traditional
television sets.

What is the problem area that it is solving for you?

Xiaomi Smart Television is solving the problem of providing high-quality, affordable smart
TVs to consumers. It offers a range of features, including internet connectivity, app access,
and voice control, at a lower price point than many other smart TV brands. It is also solving
the problem of having to switch between multiple devices to access different types of media
content such as TV channels, streaming services, and internet browsing. It provides users
with a single device that can access a wide range of content and entertainment options.

What are the improvement areas of the products and how as an

entrepreneur, you think you would have solved it?

While smart televisions provide access to various content sources, the user interface can be
complex and difficult to navigate for some users. As an entrepreneur, I would have invested
in developing a more user-friendly interface that makes it easier for users to find and access
the content they want. One most important thing is, android games are becoming more
popular day by day. But the configuration of Xiaomi Smart Television is comparatively low.
So, From a business standpoint, I would have invested in high configuration Xiaomi Smart
Television.
 Grameenphone

Grameenphone is a leading telecommunications service provider based in Bangladesh. It was

established in 1997 as a joint venture between Telenor Group of Norway and Grameen
Telecom Corporation of Bangladesh. As of 2023, Grameenphone is the largest mobile phone
operator in Bangladesh with over 90 million subscribers. The company provides a range of
telecommunications services, including voice calls, SMS messaging, mobile internet, and
value-added services such as mobile banking and digital entertainment.

What is the problem area that it is solving for you?

Problem area it is solving: Grameenphone is solving the problem of limited access to

telecommunications services in Bangladesh, particularly in some rural areas where traditional
telecommunication services were not available. The company has played a significant role in
connecting people across the country and enabling them to communicate with each other
easily.

What are the improvement areas of the products and how as an

entrepreneur, you think you would have solved it?

As an entrepreneur, there are several improvement areas for Grameenphone. For example, the
company could continue to invest in expanding its network infrastructure to improve network
coverage and provide high-speed connectivity to its customers. They could also focus on
improving network connection. Sometimes it shows blank network in important hours.
Additionally, the operating cost of Grameenphone is too high. If I had enough power, I will
reduce their operating charge.
