Terms & Conditions

-A deposit of 80% with official order, balance due on collection.

-Payment is to be made in cash.
-This quotation is bases on Tamiya Interiors calculations.
-The client is expected to submit their querries in writing within 7 working days from date of
invoice and/or handover or it shall be deemed that the client has fully accepted and is satisfied
with the work.
-Client to provide power, lights and water on site at no cost to Tamiya Interiors.
-While due care will be taken Tamiya Interiors will not be liable for damages in walls during
installations.
-Orders ex stock takes 1-4 weeks to allow for imports clearance.
-Our quotation is valid for 3days. We reserve the right to revise prices upon placement of order
by client.
-In any event of cancellation of an order a 10%admin and handling fee will be charged on total
order value.
-Our quotation is based on client specifications of blinds/material and color choices per our
catalogue.
-All goods remain the property of Tamiya Interiors until paid in full, irrespective of its location.
-This quotation is based on the design brief as provided by client. Should any changes occur this
will be for client's account.
