Dear Gandharv,

Congratulations! We are thrilled to extend an offer of employment for the esteemed position of Business Officer at Celaxis
Healthcare for the OTC Consumer Project. After conducting a thorough review of your application and engaging in
subsequent discussions/interviews, we are confident that you are the ideal candidate for this role. The position will be
based at our headquarters in Muzaffarpur, Bihar.

Here are the terms and conditions of your appointment:

1. Salary: You will receive an annual salary of Rs. 235656/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Thirty Five Thousand Six Hundred Fifty Six
(Only) on a Cost to the Company (CTC) basis. Additionally, you will be eligible for other applicable allowances based on
your grade. For more detailed information on the salary structure, please refer to Annexure A, which will be provided along
with your appointment letter.

2. Headquarters Allowances: As your primary workplace is located in Muzaffarpur, Bihar, you will not be entitled to any
working allowances in Muzaffarpur.

3. Working Headquarters Allowances: As your working headquarters is in Muzaffarpur, you are entitled to the following
allowances:
- Working HQ Allowance: Rs. 200/- per day
- Ex-Station Allowance: Rs. 250/- per day
- Out-Station Allowance: Rs. 600/- per day
- Transit Allowance: 250/- per day

4. Travel Allowances: For upcountry travel, you can claim Rs. 3.00/- per kilometer as fare for the round trip official distance
when undertaking fieldwork in towns within 100 kilometers of your headquarters. For towns located more than 100
kilometers from your headquarters, you will be entitled to either AC 3 Tier Railway fare or Ordinary Bus Fare as an
alternative.

Please take note that we expect you to join the company within 15 days of receiving this offer letter. Failing to do so may
result in the withdrawal of this offer. Once you report for duty, the detailed appointment letter will be issued to you.
