The New Society tried to stop pornography or those
writings that had bad influences on the morals of the
people.
All school newspapers were temporarily stopped and
so with school organizations.
The military government established a new office

·AS EARLY AS 1958, THE BILINGUAL EDUCATION WAS INITIATED BY THE
BOARD OF NATIONAL EDUCATION AND CONTINUED UP TO THE PERIOD
OF MARTIAL RULE IN SEPTEMBER 21, 1972, WHICH WAS RESULTED IN
THE DETERIORATION OF ENGLISH IN DIFFERENT LEVELS OF
EDUCATION.

AN OVERVIEW OF THE LITERATURE
DURING THE NEW SOCIETY:
EDUCATION AND CULTURE WERE FOCUSES ON THE PROBLEMS OF
NATIONAL IDENTITY, ON RE-ORIENTATION, RENEWED VIGOR AND A
FIRM RESOLVE TO CARRY OUT PLANS AND PROGRAM.

widely recognized for his contributions to Filipino
music, it's important to note that his career truly
took off in the late 1970s and continued into the
1980s until present.

instant success during the New
