Three-cup chicken
Serving size: 3 Prepartion time: 15 min Cooking time: 25 min

Three-cup chicken is one of the most famous Chinese

dishes. People like it because of its strong and unique
flavour from sesame oil, soy sauce and rice wine.

Ingredients:
 7 small chicken drumsticks  6 slices ginger
 6 tablespoons sesame oil  6 pieces garlic cloves
 2 tablespoons soy sauce  a little brown rock sugar
 2 tablespoons rice wine  1 bunch Thai basil
 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce  a few red chillies (optional)

Instructions:
1. First, add 5 tablespoons of sesame oil to the wok. Then, add ginger
slices and garlic cloves. Fry for 1 minute.
2. Next, fry the chicken drumsticks for 3 minutes. Add soy sauce, dark soy
sauce and rice wine.
3. After that, cook the chicken for 15 minutes.
4. Then, add the rest of the sesame oil to the wok. Add brown rock sugar
and cook until it melts completely.
5. Next, add the Thai basil on top of the chicken. Stir-fry for about 4

Germany is a country with a rich culture. Did you know that a lot of famous

Sebastian Bach and Richard Wagner. All of them defined what classical music

is. People around the world still listen to their music. Today, music remains an
important part of the German culture. Germany is home to many music festivals
nowadays, ranging from classical music to rock and roll music.

There are many traditional celebrations in Germany throughout the year. One of 20
them is Oktoberfest. It is an annual folk festival held in Munich. It usually lasts
for 16 to 18 days, from mid-September to the first Sunday of October. The first
Oktoberfest was held in 1810. During this grand festival, people dance the
‘Chicken Dance’, drink the world-famous German beer, and join in the
traditional costume parades.

To better understand Germany, you must visit it and witness its magic yourself.
