Detail Requirement
 Ability to have time and attendance reporting
 Ability to interface with time and attendance tracking system for Business units with
Biometric machine
 System should enable of capturing attendance in the system
 Ability to maintain normal work hours, overtime hours per employee
 Ability to link time reporting to payroll to add overtime or deduct unauthorized absences
 Ability to enter the holidays in a flexible way every year
 Ability to handle time shift attendance
 Ability to have the employee’s submitted timesheet gets approved
 Ability to report timesheet from Biometric machine
 Ability to calculate overtime based on time report/ or as per time allotted in the system
 System should identify late attendance of individual employees from the time control
system
 System should record and maintain reason for absences / late comings and accept free
comments.
 System should provide reports with reason for lateness on a user defined frequency and
criteria
 System should have provision for approval of time sheet of an employee by his/her
supervisor.
 System should allow maintenance of record of unauthorized absence
 The proposed system should report unauthorized absence, repeated late arrival by
employee to job location or employee working less than their normal working hours for
Time keeping and disciplinary.
 System should be able to generate summary notes to employee and copy it to his/her
supervisor for regular lateness or absenteeism per user defined criteria
