The Four Steps To Getting Used
To Wearing Heels

Start with Kitten Heels or Mid-Heels
Starting with kitten heels helps your feet and leg muscles
adapt to the change in your posture and weight
distribution. when you wear heels.

Gradually Increase Heel Height
After feeling comfortable with lower heels, progressively
increase the height of your heels. By doing this it will help
you to avoid sudden stress on your feet and minimizes the
risk of discomfort or injury.
Now that you've learned the basics of getting used to wearing heels,
let's transition to practical steps for practicing in them.

needed for comfortable and confident heel-wearing.
Do the exercises
Complete the exercises shown in the program to strengthen your feet and improve
your posture.
Warm up/ Down Perform these exercises both before and after wearing your heels.
Wear starter heels Wear & walk in your starter heels for the appointed time per day
Workout WARM UP - Do 1 minute of jumping jacks before body & foot exercises.
COOL DOWN - Slow walking around after body & foot exercises.
Rest Day Take a break from wearing heels and exercises.
