A well-thought-out strategy will allow you to get used to
wearing heels, and this will positively transform the way you
feel in heels. This, in turn, will boost your confidence when
walking and standing in heels.

The Four Steps To Getting Used
To Wearing Heels

Start with Kitten Heels or Mid-Heels
Starting with kitten heels helps your feet and leg muscles
adapt to the change in your posture and weight
distribution. when you wear heels.

Gradually Increase Heel Height
After feeling comfortable with lower heels, progressively
increase the height of your heels. By doing this it will help
you to avoid sudden stress on your feet and minimizes the
risk of discomfort or injury.

3 Workout for Heels:


Do exercises that specifically target the muscles used when
wearing heels. Focus on calf raises toe-pointing exercises,
and ankle-strengthening routines. Don’t worry I will send

4 Gradually Increase Duration for Wearing


Heels:
Start by wearing your higher heels for short durations during
activities that don't involve much walking, allowing your feet
to adjust. This step-by-step progression conditions your feet
and helps you build endurance.

Wear your heels
Wear, walk & stand in your heels on the appointed days of this month to get used
to standing, walking, and wearing elevated shoes.

Do the exercises
Complete the exercises shown in the program to strengthen your feet and improve
your posture.

Listen to your body & feet


Most importantly, listen to your body. If you need to take an extra day off, do so.
Remember, this program is all about building confidence and getting you comfortable in
your heels at your own pace.

Warm up/ Down Perform these exercises both before and after wearing your heels.
