Grade from which deputation Officers under Central Govt/ Subordinate Attached offices/ Autonomous
to be made Bodies/PSUs possessing B.E. /B.Tech (Civil) from recognized
university/institute and
i) Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the identical cadre
in the parent department; or
ii) With 05 years of regular service in the post in the Pay Band of
Rs.15600-39100) Level 12 or
iii) With 10 years of regular service in the post in the Pay Band of
Rs.15600-39100) (Level 11) in the parent department.

Period of deputation 03 Years

Persons working in Government, Semi-Government Organisation/ Public Sector Undertakings and
Autonomous Bodies should apply through proper channel or furnish NO OBJECTION from their
department to the effect that in case of his selection he would be relieved immediately. The
application forwarded by the employing department/ organization should be accompanied with
certified copies of ACRs/APARs for the proceeding five years, integrity certificate and vigilance
clearance certificate and a certificate that no major penalty has been imposed during the last ten
years.

familiar with modern construction methods and quality control.
Experience in housing projects and working on computer aided Project
Management Software will be an added advantage.
Probation period One year
