entitled "Assessment of Awareness and Factors Influencing the 3rd and 4th Year BSMLS Students of the
University of Baguio as Blood Donors." The present study aims to determine whether there is a significant
correlation between the degree of awareness and factors affecting the University of Baguio's BSMLS
students to donate blood.

from the student body of the third and fourth years of the Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory
Science (BSMLS) program so that we may study their responses and administer the questionnaire for our
