This study aims to investigate how the COVID-19 pandemic affected the use of e-
wallets among Imuseños. They assumed that most Imuseños would not be familiar with
e-wallets before the pandemic. The descriptive correlational research design utilized in
this study is intended to ascertain whether there is an existing link between the
variables. The instruments used to gather data are surveys and interviews. Moreover,
the statistical treatments used in the study were Frequency-percentage, Weighted Mean,
Z-test, and Likert-Scale System. After the research was conducted, the data acquired
was carefully evaluated by the researchers. They proved that Imuseños were aware of
the existence of e-wallets even before the Covid-19 pandemic but they have not used it
before since they are more accustomed to the traditional way of business transactions.
The e-wallet apps have become more popular and more used during the pandemic
because of the restrictions given by the government. Imuseños find the e-wallets useful,
convenient, and easy to use. Majority of Imuseños thought positively towards the rise
in e-payments and believe it will beneficial for more establishments to begin utilizing
it. Although, Imuseños does not trust e-wallets much to put in a huge amount of money
as scams are prevalent.

CHAPTER I

THE PROBLEM AND ITS BACKGROUND

INTRODUCTION

The pandemic definitely changed our way of living and every aspect of human
life including Mental Health, Intellectual, Physical Health, Social Environment, and
Spiritual Health. Ever since quarantine had been implemented to lessen the spread of
the Covid-19 virus, everyone's movement had significantly decreased. But life should
not stop there; so many people have made their own way of coping with these new
normal situations, and one of those is the use of an e-wallet in dealing with all money
transactions.

BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY

E-wallets made everyone's money transactions easier, since quarantine has been
implemented, the only alternative way to make money transactions is through online.
This kind of account requires a prepaid type method, which means that money will be
settled first so that it will be ready for use in future transactions. Compared to different
parts of the world where it is already popular, the Philippines is one of the few countries
that is slow in keeping with digital transactions because Imuseños, or Filipinos in
general are accustomed to the tradition of paying, taking, and giving money, so the rate
of people using e-wallets before is at a low level. But due to the pandemic they are
experiencing today, its users have suddenly increased because of its ease and safety
from the deadly virus. With just a few clicks, a transaction can not only be made easily
but conveniently as well. After all, they don't have to bring their "actual money"
because their “money” is already in their gadget.

As mentioned by Hilotin (2021), the usage of e-wallet is going up due to the

pandemic, it spiked by more than 5,000% and the same thing happened in other Asian
countries due to fear in the middle of the pandemic because of the Coronavirus. The
reasons for this increase are safety from physical approaches; they don't even have to
approach their significant other in their transaction to give or take payment, so not only
does an e-wallet help with money transactions but also its contribution to safety
protocols. E-wallet helps not only its users, and in society, but also the government in
avoiding physical contact since e-wallet has really become an appropriate method in
handling money matters in our current situation. The number of online sellers and
shoppers has increased during this pandemic due to the ban on face-to-face exposure of
people to prevent the spread of the virus. As a result of this ban, the rate of users in e-
wallet has increased since it is safer from the virus outbreak. Online transactions are
becoming more commonly used by online sellers and buyers because of the great help
it provides them. The sellers who used the traditional way to sell their products outside
are now online sellers; they need to keep up with the use of the e-wallet because their
income depends on it. The method that the buyer chooses cannot always be cash on
delivery, but most buyers now choose to pay with e-wallet apps because of their
convenient service.

Additionally, even long-distance transactions can be provided by e-wallet

service. E-wallets can help the users not only with payments and their contribution to
safety protocols but also with budgeting the money due to the fact that it also helps the
Imuseños to avoid fares and additional fees because the only thing they need is the
device that will do the transaction. In that way, they can collect the payment that was
sent to them by the buyer and the buyer will receive what he/she bought without
scheduling a meet-up with the seller. Users need to insert an e-money in their e-wallet
so that they can use it in their transactions. They can go to convenience stores as well
as sari-sari stores and request them to insert a monetary value in their technical device.
It serves as a hassle-free system as long as you know how to keep with the technicalities.

Imuseños are trying to elevate themselves to keep up with the digitalization that
is happening at our place today as well as their own country needs to catch up with the
digital economic system. They need to keep up with the growth of our ecosystem so
that they are not left behind.

Imuseños have quickly adapted to the use of this e-wallet and they are no longer late
when it comes to online transactions because they already know a lot about it due to the
pandemic. Imuseños also know that it is not only fancy to mention and use the word 'e-
wallet' because they know that almost everyone in the Philippines uses it. Imuseños are
enlightened and are raising their knowledge right now in the middle of the pandemic.

In spite of that, e-wallet risks and problems are still one of the factors in people's
concern in using wallets. Number one factor that we consider is that our country is one
of the countries that is slower in discovering and adapting to the e-wallet than its
neighboring countries. Although e-wallet seems new, it has been around for a very long
time but Philippines refused from using it before because Imuseños think that it is not
a reliable way for money transactions but now in current state of the country, e-wallets
became the number one trend in money transactions because the past years has been a
real explosion in consumer adoption of these technologies, triggered the mass to shift
to digital money by reason of it is more safe considering that people won’t hold money
anymore that can also transfer the virus, e-wallet users wouldn’t need to go outside just
to pay your bills, they wouldn’t need to go to the malls just to go shopping, and it is
hassle-free with just one tap you already paid your bill, you already paid your order and

subscriptions, you already sent your money to your loved ones, and you can even invest
your money using e-wallet. According to TheNerve (2019) in China, cash is considered
almost dead. Mobile payments have become so ubiquitous that even beggars are
collecting handouts through apps. Nevertheless, half of Philippine’s countrymen still
wants the traditional way of money transactions, A poll by data insights company
TheNerve (2019) confirmed that cash remains the preferred payment mode of
Imuseños, According to the BSP’s 2017 Financial inclusion survey, only 1.3% of
Imuseños adults own electronic money accounts on the grounds that, First, e-wallets
can only be used when it has money on the account, you still need to go outside and go
to 7/11, Ministop, and other payment center just to cash-in money and put it on their
account in order to pay their bills, still their safety isn’t assured by E-wallet. Second,
they need to pay fees or charges just like in G-cash, they need to pay 1% of the amount
of the money that they will put in your account in order to cash-in money to your
account.

As a Imuseños citizen, a lot will agree that they don’t want to pay the fees
because they are known as stingy, just in online shopping apps like Shopee or Lazada,
they even get disappointed when they can’t acquire the free shipping voucher, how
much more the charge fees in using e-wallet when a lot of them wanted to save more
money because they are in the middle of a pandemic and most of them lost their jobs.
Third, being an Imuseño, they know that the nature of their culture is technology
resistant, especially the baby boomers or the people whose age is between 57-75 years
old. Technology had been around for such a long time and wasn’t introduced to older
age groups, but now, it seems like it has conquered every aspect of their lives.
Millennials and Generation-Z’s are embracing new technological trends; however, the
older age groups are not so fond of accepting the sudden changes. Most of the Imuseños

find it difficult to abandon the traditional methods that they have grown at for the reason
that they believe that it is still part of their culture and tradition so that they cling to it
and settle for where they are comfortable at. Fourth, Lack of understanding of
technologies. Imuseños are addicted to the manual or traditional way and they don’t
want to go out of their comfort zones. Imuseños have grown so familiar with the classic
and manual way that they find it quite a challenge to shift from the traditional way of
money transaction to the electronic way. They often find technological applications
complicated, so most of the time they just shy away from the new technologies and
continue using the manual way.

Fifth concern is the fear of falling prey to online scams. This is a digital wallet
and it contains the information, Identification cards, and other important informations
is needed in subscribing to an electronic payment app, someone can hack one’s account
and use it for their bad intentions and the fact that it is not traceable makes it even

7|Page

worse, Even a criminal can use one’s account to launder money to illegal organizations
and cannot be traced by the authorities, It is a big challenge for Imuseños to trust what
is unknown for them with their hard-earned money, especially when there are no one
to explain and make them understand how e-wallet works.

Sixth, as e-wallet gain more popularity to the masses. It drives its users to spend more
than they usually spend. According to Passy (2019) 2.4% is the total amount of the
money consumers spend after the adoption of mobile payments. The easier way of
buying and paying for the things they shop online encourages consumers to buy even
the most worthless thing they can see online, because with just one tap, they have
already bought the item and paid it through the use of an e-wallet. These are some of
the examples of digital payment’s formidable problems that e-wallets can bring to us.

THEORETICAL FRAMEWORK

This research is based on the definition of Moreno, D. E. et al. (2022) digital

wallets have revolutionized consumers’ shopping experience by giving another
convenient money transfer option. The adoption of electronic wallets (e-wallets) is
significantly and positively affected by customer perception of electronic payment
transactions. Additionally, Endo (2020) defines digital payments are fast gaining
currency in the Philippines as consumers ditch cash to avoid physical contact on worries
over catching coronavirus. The Philippines have been lagging its neighbors in
embracing digital payment, but is now playing catchup. Endo's definition is more
suitable in this research because not all Imuseños are applicable to the use of e-wallet
apps so not all can use it, but it was said that Imuseños are catching up with the use of
these digital wallets, which is correct. It still takes time to learn it. This research claims
that due to the pandemic, Imuseños are gradually learning and getting more interested
in using digital apps to survive

The first figure shows the problems, stated in question form, that the researchers
want to answer at the end of the study. The researchers purposefully come up with these
sets of questions by comprehensively deliberating their thoughts and ideas on the use
of e-wallets in the Philippines. This set of questions will be the boundary of the research
and will serve as a guide for the researcher in finding their goals and objectives.

In figure two, the researchers decided to use questionnaires in conducting their

survey, for the reason that we are still in a community quarantine and the virus that
brought us into the state of pandemic is still around us. The questions included inside
the questionnaires will be based on the research questions that the researchers
formulated beforehand. After making the questionnaires it will be given and answered

by the chosen participants through the use of modern technology, specifically google
forms. The researchers determined that the participants would be part of generation-Z
since most of them are more adept in using modern technology and there would be no
need for instructions on how they will answer the questions. After the participants
answer the questions, the researchers will thoroughly evaluate each answer and
compare them to get the results. Lastly, the results will be converted into a graphical
representation to be ready for presentation.

Figure three shows the objectives of the researchers. After conducting their survey
through giving questionnaires, researchers expect to find out different reasons for
Imuseños s to accept e-wallet as a part of the new normal and how it affected their
everyday living. Researchers also want to prove that e-wallet made Imuseños’ life more
convenient, especially when the pandemic started and the government implemented a
community quarantine to limit the spread of Coronavirus. Furthermore, researchers are
also interested in finding out how assured the current users of e-wallet that their money
is safe, since there are many issues that are being reported about e-money’s unsecured
cybersecurity. The preference of Imuseños in terms of payment are also accounted for
by the researchers. Since there are now two methods of payment, researchers want to
know if more Imuseños prefer to continue using e-wallet as the primary means of
paying bills.

STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

With the COVID-19 pandemic causing the sudden occurrence of a nationwide

lockdown in the country, one aspect that became greatly affected was the day-to-day
transactions made through physical wallets. The restriction of normal economic
activity, implementation of physical distancing policies, and weariness of cash being a
vehicle of spreading the virus, forced a great deal of Imuseños to resort to new
alternatives to continue carrying out these transactions and payment transfers in a now
contact-less manner. As a result, the technology of e-wallets boomed in popularity.
However, research indicates that circumstances such as the socio-economic
environment and mindset of Imuseños display that the Philippines may not yet be ready
for this rapid uprise of digitalized payments. Despite the surge of e-wallets presenting
key opportunities in serving more of the unbanked and underbanked population as well
as making payments increasingly convenient, there are still many Imuseños that are
hesitant or unable to adopt this kind of technology.

Research Questions

This research will be conducted to answer the following questions:

1. What is the Imuseños’ perception of e-wallets before and after the pandemic?

2. What are the benefits of Imuseños making the move towards e-wallets?

3. What is the assurance of Imuseños that e-wallets are secure and reliable site for
money transactions?

HYPOTHESIS OF THE STUDY

Guided by what is already known of the nature of Imuseños towards digitalized

payments, this research paper aims to delve deeper into these issues and capture the
various factors that influenced the usage and adoption of e-wallets in the Philippines
during the COVID-19 pandemic. Though e-wallets have already been around for
several years, it has only very recently become more and more prevalent in developing
countries like the Philippines and has been accelerated even further by the impact of
COVID-19. The advantages provided by e-payments are well-known — it is
convenient, efficient, and gives more options for payment transactions to many
consumers. The researchers hypothesize that the introduction of e-wallets from the
emerging sector of financial technology to more Imuseños can potentially provide the
Philippines a beneficial gateway in not only boosting the country’s financial inclusion,
but also in making the Philippines more globally competitive. Therefore, it is critical to
gain a better understanding of the Imuseños people’s perceptions and concerns towards
digital wallets, such as comfortability and security, in order to recognize what specific
factors are important to Imuseños for them to consider incorporating such a system in
their everyday life.

SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY

Upon completion, this research will be beneficial to the following:

1. E-wallet Companies/Digital Companies - This research could help them by

giving them ideas on how to improve the services that they offer to their
customers. With the data that will be gathered in this research

2. Customers/Users - This research will give them more knowledge on how to

properly utilize their money inside an E-wallet and how sure they are that their
money would not be stolen from them.

3. Business Establishments - This research can help them find out if using E–
wallet as another method of payment for the customers would be more
convenient or more hassle. This research will also give them knowledge about
the perspective of the customers on E-wallet.

4. Future Researchers - This research can be used as a reference for aspiring

researchers in the future who’s also interested in finding out the perceived
impact of E-wallets, especially during this time of pandemic.

5. Country's Economy- This research can be used as a guide or additional

knowledge for the Country's Economy about e-wallet. As time goes by,
technology advances and with the huge growth of technology, it can be used in
many different aspects. Technically an e-wallet is just a form of business and
being a form of business means there will be taxation involved. With the help
of tax, the country's economy can also benefit from the success of the E-wallet.

SCOPE AND DELIMITATIONS

The researchers discusses about the impact of e-wallets in the Philippines prior
to the pandemic, how Imuseños reacted to such change in terms of paying their bills or
storing for future cost, the purpose of the researchers in doing this subject is to open up
the mind of fellow Imuseños on how e-wallets became such a trend in this time of
COVID-19 pandemic, not only that they intend to help those future researchers on
having a guide on their topic and to answer most of their questions, however the
researchers decided to limit the sample size to 40 respondents from four selected areas
in Imus, Cavite: Southern Philippines Institute of Science and Technology, Legian II,
Greengate, and Robinsons Imus. Ten respondents will be chosen from each area. The
researchers had gathered many different past researches from different authors that
would help their claim from Google scholar to news articles or news websites that are
very reliable on their sources that are worthy on putting on their research paper, the
length of time for this paper started on October and will end at the last day of the first
semester on December.

CHAPTER II

REVIEW OF RELATED LITERATURE

This chapter presents the related literature from both foreign and local sources.

LOCAL STUDIES

According to Estioko (2019), the COVID-19 pandemic had accelerated the

development and uptake of digital payments. Even before the current health crisis, the
Philippine government has made investments to promote financial inclusion and
develop the nation's financial technology infrastructure. Using digital innovation to
provide a payment system for all Filipinos, Banko ng Sentral Pilipinas (2020) promoted
policy efforts for the country's shift from a cash-heavy to cash-light society. What used
to be a long-term digitalization effort has subsequently become a much-needed avenue
in mitigating the disruption of the country’s economy resulting from the COVID-19
pandemic.

According to The Nerve (2019) in China, cash is considered almost dead. Mobile
payments have become so ubiquitous that even beggars are collecting handouts through
apps. Nevertheless, half of Philippine’s countrymen still prefer the traditional way of
money transactions. A poll by data insights company The Nerve (2019) confirmed that
cash remains the preferred payment mode of Imuseños

FOREIGN STUDIES

In a (2021) study commissioned by Kaspersky, China has been a notable leader in

mobile payments in Asia Pacific even before the pandemic. It had the lowest number
of first-time e-wallet users given that the country had already widely implemented the
use of e-payments, serving as an example to follow to other Asian countries. On the
other hand, the Philippines has seen the greatest percentage of new e-wallet adopters in
the region with 37% of respondents saying it was during the pandemic. Connell (2021)
of Kaspersky noted that first-time users often admitted fears about the security threats
prior to using e-payments but have now recognized its convenience. The COVID-19
pandemic has shined light on the digital economy, but in order to continue its push, it
is important to identify and address cybersecurity concerns users may face.

According to Kothari (2018), the Indian government has been meaning to integrate the
digital economy into India’s ecosystem by 2025. Work has been done to expand
infrastructure, increase technology adoption, and grow digital consumption. Despite
this, many consumers are still weary or unsure towards the revolution of digital
payments. Kothari postulates that it is due to the following: lack of trust to the Internet’s
perceived security risks, habit of traditional cash, transparency on taxes, and
pervasiveness of handling physical cash. These have also been common observations
in the Philippines which could explain the slow adoption of e-wallets prior to the
pandemic.

METHODOLOGY

In this section of the paper, the researchers are going to discuss the main plan on
how they are going to collect or obtain information that would be useful in answering
their research questions; select informative, knowledgeable and appropriate samples
and locale that could give them enough information. In addition, this section also
includes the research instruments that the researcher will use in gathering data, as well
as the procedure of analyzing the information that was gathered to make their claims
factual and credible. Basically, this section of the research paper will represent the plan
of the Researchers on how they will present valid and reliable results.

RESEARCH DESIGN

This study used the qualitative method; the aim of this design is to gather data on a
natural phenomenon to understand an experience in a situation and it is required to be
able to lay out the full and precise information to make the research done useful and
worthwhile. According to Bhandari (2020) they tend to be flexible and focus on
retaining rich meaning when interpreting data. Under qualitative, the specific design
applied is the narrative inquiry, it is a process where this design shares the information
gathered into storytelling form. It gets the information needed in the participants who
experienced the said situation and also gets the raw data in books and stories for this
design. Connelly and Clandinin (1990) note that, “Humans are storytelling organisms
who, individually and collectively, lead storied lives. Thus, the study of narrative is the
study of the ways humans experience the world.”

POPULATION OF THE STUDY

This study covered four selected areas from Imus, Cavite, namely Southern
Philippines Institute of Science and Technology, Legion II, Greengate, and Robinsons
Imus. The researchers will select forty-five respondents; fifteen in each area, in the
chosen instrument and procedure to be done on the grounds. They are the "users" of the
digital wallet which the researchers are studying about and as the current generation
called Generation-Z they are the outstanding people who know how to use the digital
wallet apps better, therefore they are the best candidates for the given study.

SAMPLING METHOD

The sampling method chosen by the researchers is under the category of Non-
Probability Sampling method which is the Purposive Sampling technique. Therefore,
the respondents are chosen by the judgement of the investigator.

The questions that will be ask in the Interview are:

1. Are you using e-wallet even before the pandemic? Why or why not?

2. What are the benefits of using e-wallet in your opinion?

3. Are you sure that your money is safe inside an e-wallet? Why or why not?

4. Will you recommend others to also use e-wallet? Why or why not?

5. How was your experience using e-wallet?

1. Do you have any idea about e-wallet before the pandemic?

2. What are the changes that e-wallet made in your life?

3. What are your opinions about the sudden boom of using e-wallet as the main source
of money transactions?

4. How do you make sure that your money is safe inside an e-wallet?

5. How did e-wallet help you during the pandemic?

The answers that will be recorded are to be analyzed and summarized but it is strictly
forbidden to be altered by any of researchers, encoders or interviewers in ways that
could possibly affect the outcome of the study.

DATA COLLECTION INSTRUMENTS AND PROCEDURES

Researchers will use questionnaires and online interviews in gathering information

that is essential in finding answers to their research questions. These two techniques
were the chosen instruments by the researchers for the reason that this research will be
conducted during the pandemic and the samples that was also chosen by the researchers
through purposive sampling were still under the community quarantine, therefore, the
researchers planned the data gathering to be done through the use of modern
technologies. The questions on the questionnaires were derived from the research
questions and was properly formulated by the researchers and the questions that will be
written on the questionnaires are as follows:

After the respondents answered the questionnaires, they will also be interviewed by
the researchers to find more valid and reliable data. The specific interview technique
that was chosen by the researchers was the structured interview method. The
researchers plan to accomplish this interview through online telecommunications with
the help of their guide questions. The guide questions were also formulated from the
research questions to make sure that the information that will be gathered will have a
significance to the study. These are the questions that will be answered in the interview:

STATISTICAL TREATMENT

The gathered data from the surveys and interview were statistically analyzed with
the help of statistical tools. This study used the following statistical treatment on the
data collected in order to provide concrete evidence with mathematical bases.

1. Frequency-percentage: To describe the profile of the respondents, the percentage will

be computed.

Formula: P = F/N x 100

Whereas P = Percentage (%), F = Frequency, N = Total Number of Population.

2. Weighted Mean: To determine the average of the demographic profile of the

respondents

3. Likert-scale system: To scale the responses to the questions, the researchers used the
"two-point-scale" and were given as:

The table 4 shows the survey results with responses to the weighted mean and
frequency. Based on the result, item #3 has the highest mean with 0.95 while item #4
with 0.05. With this data, Imuseños approved that the interest in e-wallets grew to be
able to cope in Covid-19 pandemic, especially that the low percentage about getting
scammed by using e-wallets showed that users are secure to use it in transactions.

Based on the data above, Imuseños agreed that in using e-wallets it is suitable in the
ongoing pandemic situation to get through. It precisely showed that Imuseños used e-
wallets where the technical knowledge enhancement had been elevated, improved, and
developed. The goal of this study is to illustrate the growing interest that is having a
progress in Imuseños by using e-wallets as part of life. In order to develop accurate
results, the research instrument to be used must be based on trust, security, ease of use,
usefulness, and consumer's perception of e-wallets.

With this finding, it supported the published article of Endo (2020) stating that
Filipinos are catching up with the use of these digital wallets, which is true, but not all
Filipinos are applicable to the use of e-wallet apps so not everyone can use it. Learning
it still takes time. The pandemic has caused the Filipino population to gradually become
more aware of and interested in adopting digital apps for survival. Adopting and
perceiving the use of e-wallets and being open to how digital transactions works is a
great way for Imuseños to endure the pandemic's hardship.

On the other hand, to some extent, digital wallets provide a second practical method
of money transmission, and have completely changed how people purchase in 2022.
Customer impression of electronic payment transactions has a major and positive
impact on the adoption of electronic wallets (e-wallets). This scope is not completely
verifiable because not all Imuseños are capable of accommodating the usage of digital
wallet; it takes a while to acquire this type of money dealing transactions.

CHAPTER V

SUMMARY, FINDINGS, CONCLUSIONS, AND RECOMMENDATIONS

SUMMARY

This research paper discusses the primary objective of the study: to determine an
overview of the rapidly growing Imuseños as users of e-wallet during the COVID-19
pandemic. Indeed, there was a positive correlation. E-wallets made money transactions
easier for most Imuseños. The sellers who used the traditional way to sell their products
and services shifted to online selling, and so did the customers who now prefer to pay
through e-wallet apps because of its convenient service. The advantages provided by e-
wallets are what follows: it is convenient, efficient, and gives more options for payment
transactions to many consumers. Imuseños have quickly adapted to the use of e-wallets
and they are no longer outdated when it comes to online transactions because they
already know a lot about it due to the pandemic.

FINDINGS

1. Imuseños knew about e-wallets even before the pandemic. But Imuseños doesn't
know how to utilize it.

2. The use of e-wallet apps became more known throughout the time of the pandemic
even though it existed a while ago.

3. Imuseños uses e-wallet apps because they find it more convenient, and it is easy to
use for transactions for businesses, they wont have to worry about long lines in queue
and less contact with other people which was forbidden by the government during the
pandemic.

4. Although e-wallet apps are more convenient than the traditional way, scams are
prevalent in e-wallet apps. Because of this Imuseños does not trust e-wallets enough to
put in huge amount of money.

5. Majority of Imuseños thought positively towards the rise in e-payments and believe
it will beneficial for more establishments to begin utilizing it.

CONCLUSION

Imuseños were aware of the existence of e-wallets even before the COVID-19
pandemic but they have not used it before since they are more accustomed to the
traditional way of business transactions. The e-wallet apps have become more popular
and more used during the pandemic because of the restrictions given by the
government. Imuseños find the e-wallets useful, convenient, and easy to use. Majority
of Imuseños thought positively towards the rise in e-payments and believe it will
beneficial for more establishments to begin utilizing it. Although, Imuseños does not
trust e-wallets much to put in a huge amount of money as scams are prevalent

RECOMMENDATIONS

1. In order to make it easy for the user to use, e-wallet applications ought to include
comprehensive instructions for each feature.

2. Imuseños must be aware of the requirements for e-wallet account verification to

create an account quickly.

3. To avoid dilemmas, Imuseño users of e-wallets should carefully read the terms and
conditions.

4. E-wallets must have the feature of where young teens can own a verified account and
use the financial transaction system.

5. More businesses and transportation should offer an e-payment method so that e-

wallets can become a more normalized/common way of transactions among Imuseños.

6. Some of the e-wallet apps' features are difficult to comprehend and use, digital
companies must simplify the chosen words to be able for the user to understand it.

7. In order to prevent users from overthinking the system's security, e-wallet companies
need to ensure that the money-dealing apps are away from exposure of confidential
data.

8. Imuseño users need to step-out in their antiquated era to be able to master the
advantages of these digital transactions, which will help the users to facilitate the
payment expeditiously.

9. Future e-wallet researchers should focus on its other essential features so Imuseños
is aware of the support offered by e-wallets in the financing line of an individual.

10. E-wallets founders and Imuseño users must appreciate this digital wallet set-up, the
progress it has helped the individual to improve its knowledge forward technology.
