The undersigned are Science Technology Engineering Mathematics who are currently having their
Inquiries, Investigation & Immersion subject as part of the Senior High School Curriculum. They
are currently pursuing their research study entitled “GMF Rover: A Multi-fucntional Solar Baseed
and Remote-Controlled Machine”.

In view of this, they would like to request your permission in conducting the investigation through
personal interaction within school perimeter between the researchers and the chosen participants
in our study.

The undersigned believe that the study will be beneficial for the Dr. Maria D. Pastrana National
Highschool District 1, Mauban Quezon as the device will provide a more efficient and sustainable
approach in cleaning through a multi-functional feature of the rover, serving different purposes in
just one device.
