IV. DISCUSSION PROPER

A. Updates on the Implementation of IPBT for the 2022 newly hired Teachers.

Mrs. Priscilla H. Libunao asked the IPBT’s mentees the status of their course book.
and majority said that they only finished the Course 1.Based on the agreement with the
mentors it is agreed upon that they should finished the Course 1-6 of the program
before the school year ends.

B. Orientation of IPBT for 2023 Newly Hired Teachers

LNHS for school year 2023 has a total 4 newly hired teachers. Mrs Priscilla H.
Libunao discussed the objectives and overview of the program.She also introduced the
mentors of the said 4 newly hired teachers.

C. ISSUES AND CONCERNS ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF IPBT

One of the concerns of the mentees during the implementation of the IPBT is
the volume of their assigned task aside from teaching. There are some instances that
because of that paper works they almost forgot to do the task in the course book.

D. DRAFT A CONCRETE IMPLEMENTATION PLAN FOR SCHOOL LEVEL

MONITORING AND EVALUATION

To monitor the smoothness of the program Mrs. Priscilla H. Libunao will going
to create an implementation plan and time table or matrix of the program.
