Personality

He loves blowing things up and revels in

exploding things. Although he has a high rank
within the Hito pirates, he does not share their
exact moral code. His main reason for sticking
with the organization is that they allow him the
resources and excuse to test his explosives on
others. This is not to say that he is not racist, as
he still sees certain races as lesser.

Overview

Bob uses explosives and mines to 9ght. He has

two prosthetic legs made from plastic.

Rocket Launcher

Bob must make a ranged attack roll (D20+?), if

the initial rocket hits a creature takes ?d?
damage. After the 9rst attack is made, the
rocket explodes. Any creature in a 10-foot radius
must make a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw or
take 6d6 bludgeoning damage, or half as much
on a success.

He can detonate any number of bombs he has

Hito Pirates

Though not as passionate in their goal with

wiping out non-human races, he joined the Hito
Pirates because they paid him good money to
blow things up.

History

When he was a young child, he made his own

explosives and dynamite which he stuQed live
cats with. He found pleasure with exploding
cats and enjoyed their struggling and eventual
explosion. He blew up his own legs 4 times in his
life.

At some point he joined the Hito Pirates and

wiped out Quackington's race.

Trivia

He is based oQ of Bob the Builder.

His theme song is a parody of the Bob
the Builder theme song.
As well, he shares design elements with
both the demoman and the engineer
from Team Fortress 2
