B. Based on your understanding of the topic “MS PUBLISHER CUSTOMIZING THE BUSINESS
CARD”, use your own words to express briefly the main idea and relevant details by making a

Based on my understanding, MS Publisher is an application from Microsoft that allows you

to create and print your own business cards, as well as other types of publications. You can
choose from a different kind of templates or design your own from scratch. You can also
customize your business cards with different colors, fonts, images, shapes, and information.

To make a business card in MS Publisher, you must select the template that matches the size
and layout of card sheet. You can also select the color scheme and font scheme that suit your
preferences and brand image. You can then enter your business information, such as your
name, title, logo, address, phone number, email, and website. You can even insert your own QR
code that contains more information about yourself or your company.

To customize the business card further, you can use the tools in “Home” and insert tabs to
add or edit text, images, shapes, and other elements. You can also use the tools in the Page
Design tab to change the background, margins, alignment, and orientation of your card. You
can preview your card in the “Print Preview” mode before printing.

To print the business cards on a printer, you must adjust the print settings according to your
printer type and paper size. You can also print different business cards on the same sheet by
inserting new pages and changing the information on each card. You can then cut or separate
the cards along the perforated lines. Lastly, you can introduce yourself to others using your own
business cards.
