INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES
1. The candidature for this test is provisional and is subject to fulfilling the prescribed educational and other eligibility conditions etc., as notified in the advertisement and if on
verification at any stage of the selection process or even after, it is found that any candidate does not fulfill any of the eligibility conditions or the information furnished by the
candidate is found incorrect, his/her candidature shall stand cancelled without any notice or further reference.
2. The candidate is advised to visit the examination centre at least one day in advance so that he/she can reach the examination centre on the date of the examination in time.
3. The candidate must report at the examination centre at the scheduled reporting time as specified at Page-1 of this admit card, not after the ‘Gate Closing Time’ after which, no
candidate will be permitted entry under any circumstances.
4. The candidate must bring print out of this admit card (on single side A4 size paper in portrait format) and any of his/her valid original Photo ID such as (i) Voter Card, (ii) PAN
Card, (iii) Driving License, (iv) Photo ID Card issued by any government organization, (v) Passport, (vi) Aadhar Card for verification at the test centre; without which candidate will
not be permitted for the test.
5. Your face will be matched with your photo on the Admit Card and your original Photo ID proof. Hence, ensure that your facial appearance is matching on the Admit Card and
your original Photo ID proof. Otherwise, you will not be permitted for the Examination.
6. The link for downloading E-admit card is also available on the website https://www.rfcl.co.in/ for downloading & printing by the candidates. This E-Admit Card is computer
generated and shall not be sent by post.
7. If the photograph and signature of the candidate are not printed on the admit card, the candidate is advised to report to the observer at the test centre with two coloured
photographs and a copy of photo ID proof.
8. Mobile phones, digital/smart watch, bag, handbag, papers, notes, books, calculator, electronic gadgets/equipment, etc. are strictly NOT allowed inside the test centre. There shall
be no arrangements at the Test Centre for keeping such items. If any item is lost, the Test Centre or RFCL will not be responsible. Candidates are, therefore, advised either not to
carry these items or to make their own arrangements for keeping such items in safe custody outside the test centre at their sole risk. Any candidate found using or in possession
of such unauthorized material or indulging in copying or adopting unfair means are liable to be summarily disqualified.
9. Frisking will be done at the entry point during the examination. In the examination, if a candidate is (or has been) found guilty of: (i) using unfair means during the examination or
(ii) impersonating or procuring impersonation by any person or (iii) misbehaving in the examination hall or (iv) resorting to any irregular or improper means in connection with
his/her candidature for selection or (v) obtaining support for his/her candidature by any unfair means, such a candidate may, in addition to rendering himself/herself liable to
criminal prosecution, will also be liable: (a) to be disqualified from the examination for which he/she is a candidate and (b) to be debarred, either permanently or for a specified
period, from any examination or recruitment conducted by RFCL.
10. The test is of 150 objective type questions and the duration of the test will be 120 minutes. The question paper will be bilingual, i.e., English & Hindi language. In case of any
ambiguity, the English version of question paper shall prevail.
11. PwBD candidates, who have mentioned in their Online Application Form that "their disability is such that it causes limitation in writing", will be given compensatory time of 20
minutes per hour, subject to furnishing of the certificate in the prescribed format (Appendix–I).
12. In case of candidates availing the facility of Scribe, the qualification of such Scribe should be below the qualification prescribed for the candidate as mentioned in the
advertisement. Such candidates shall be required to submit details of their own Scribe in Appendix–II. In addition, the Scribe also has to produce a valid ID proof (Voter ID Card,
PAN Card, Driving License, Photo ID issued by any government organization or recognized educational institution, Passport, Aadhaar) in original. A photocopy of the ID proof of
the Scribe signed by the candidate as well as by the Scribe will have to be submitted along with Appendix–II
13. Each Question will carry one mark. There will be no negative marking for wrong answers.
14. No candidate will be allowed to leave the test room before the end of the test. Special instructions, if any, given by the Invigilator/Centre Superintendent must be followed strictly.
15. Indulging in any malpractice/unfair means in the examination hall will lead to disqualification.
16. Any attempt to influence will lead to disqualification of candidature. RFCL reserves the right to order re-test for any or all the candidates.
17. Only this admit card, Photo ID card in original and pen (black/blue) will be allowed inside the test hall.
18. Candidate should write his/her name and roll number on the rough sheet(s) provided for rough work. The rough sheet(s) will have to be returned after the test.
19. Discrepancies, if any, regarding candidate’s particulars in this admit card can be pointed out and emailed at rfcl01@jobapply.in at least 5 days prior to the test (CBT).
20. Merely appearing, OR, qualifying in the test does not confer any right on the applicant for claiming selection.
21. Any request for a change of test date or test centre will not be entertained.
22. No TA/ DA will be paid to any candidate for appearing in written test (CBT).
23. Decision of RFCL in all matters pertaining to this recruitment will be final and binding on all the applicants/candidates.

COMPUTER BASED TEST INSTRUCTIONS


1. Every question is followed by 4 answer options. Choose the option that is most appropriate. Indicate your answer by clicking on the circle/box adjacent to
the option you think is right.
2. You can go to any question directly by clicking on the question number. The answered question number and the unanswered/skipped question number
will appear in different colours. If you are doubtful of the answer, you can answer the question and mark it for review. This will be unmarked automatically
once you come back to the same question at a later time. If an answer is selected for a question that is Marked for Review by clicking “Save and Mark for
Review” button, that answer will be considered in the evaluation. However, if a question is Marked for Review by clicking “Mark for Review & Next” button,
that answer will not be considered in the evaluation.
3. If you want to change your answer to any question, you may select the question and change the answer by clicking on the appropriate answer. In case
there are no changes made the previous selected answer will be considered as the final answer.
4. Time display at the top of the screen indicates the time throughout the test. The test closes automatically once the allotted time of 120 minutes is over.
5. Candidates can submit their exam only after completion of 115 minutes from the start time of exam. In case you want to review the answers in the
remaining time you can do so, else, you may complete the test and submit.
6. In case you finish your test before allotted time, you will get a confirmation page which will give you two options. Either to go back to the test or to
complete the test.
7. Ensure that you click on the submit button on completion. Please be sure before clicking ‘Submit’ that you have completed the test. Once you submit, you
will not be able to go back to the test.
8. Once you complete the test, you should be able to see the screen indicating completion of test with a Thank you note.
9. Raise your hand on completion to handover the used rough sheets to the test administrator.

Note : In case you are shortlisted for the Skill Test, you shall be allowed to appear in the Skill Test only upon submission of documentary proof of submission of application fees
