Itinerary
DAY 0 1
ROME ARRIVAL Harley Davidson
Arrive in Rome and transfer to hotel Check
in, and later proceed Harley-Davidson
Roman Village for a meeting and
interaction session with the owners. It all
began in the territory of the seven horse
ridding hills of the millennium in which
bronze and iron Dexterity entered
civilization. In the context of Roman eternal
city among gladiators' adventurers & poet,
a reference village for lovers of tradition
and good taste was born.
Dinner at Kill Joy and overnight at Rome.

DAY 0 2
ROME – Guided Tour & Italy's Oldest
Gelateria
After breakfast, proceed for guided tour of Rome.
Later proceed to Palazzo Del Freddo - Giovanni
Fassi for a visit. Five generations of masters of
craftsmen and an indissoluble bond with the city
of Rome. They have been doing this for over 140
years. Overnight at Rome.

DAY 0 3
ROME – Amazon Center, Luxury clothing,
Haircare brand.
After breakfast, proceed to visit Amazon Fulfilment
center for a tour and meeting - See the magic that
happens after you click ‘buy’ on Amazon website by
touring the Amazon fulfilment center and seeing
first-hand how they deliver to the customers in
different regions. Later visit Castel Romano
Designer for a visit - Castel Romano Designer
Outlet is the first designer outlet in the Lazio region
where you can find your favorite brands up to 70%
off every day. With its architecture, cafes and
restaurants, children's playground, free parking and
more than 150 boutiques, the Rome's Designer
Outlet offers something for everyone. Learn how
they do this and lastly, we visit Tecna Italia for a
Meeting - Tecna haircare is a range of bio-ethical
haircare products , fusing the best from nature with
the kindest ingredients that science has to offer,
certified zero impact to our planet . Tecna has also
dedicated a line for hair treated with permanent or
semi-permanent colors and formulates products
which nourish hair with a correct hydration and
softness, without the use of ammonia, nickel or
other harmful components. Back to hotel in the
evening & Overnight at Rome.

DAY 04
ROME – FLORENCE Chocolate Factory,
Winery, Leather.
After breakfast check out and proceed to
Florence. We visit Nestle Chocolate Factory
the most famous Chocolate factory in the
World! & Fabbriche Palma Agricola Visit with
lunch - For decades, the Palma family has
dedicated themselves to the care of
vineyards and the production of wine. Since
childhood, the three Palma siblings. Over
time, Caterina Palma has learned the most
advanced techniques in the industry, leading
to technological investments in the cellar and
new planting of vineyards over the years.
Learn more about it on the tour.. After lunch
visit the Misuri Family Factory - Tradition is
their legacy. Misuri have in fact chosen to
remain faithful to Florentine craftsmanship.
They use only the finest quality leather in
their superbly handcrafted handbags.

FLORENCE – BOLOGNA Prada
factory, Guided tour & Gucci Garden
After breakfast check out and proceed for a
visit at Prada factory - For over 100 years,
Prada has designed and sold beautifully
crafted and ingenious handbags, clothes,
shoes, and accessories for women, men,
and now children. Prada today has
become synonymous with luxury goods and
never fails to disappoint year-in and year-
out. Proceed for a guided tour of Florence.
Later visit Gucci garden - A museum, a
shop and a restaurant: Gucci Garden is the
new creative venue of the renowned Italian
fashion house, a unique place where
fashion, art and haute-cuisine meet. Later
visit Overnight stay at Bologna.

DAY 0 6
BOLOGNA – MILAN
Fico foundation, Luxury Supercar.
After breakfast check out and proceed to visit
Fico World Eataly for tour and Seminar (2hrs)
- The FICO Foundation designs, organizes
and promotes food, social and environmental
sustainability culture programs through full
immersion, seminars, meetings,
presentations, dialogues and master classes.
It promotes the Mediterranean diet and its
beneficial effect on health, Later Visit Ferrari
Museum & Panoramic guided tour by shuttle
within Fiorano Test Trail - This offers a unique
& enthralling voyage of discovery. A story told
through cars that have made automotive
history on streets and circuits the world over!

MILAN Guided Tour & Currado Jewellery
After breakfast, proceed for half day Guided Tour
of Milan. Visit Duomo The Duomo di Milano is a
Catholic church in Milan, Italy, and holds the title
of second-largest cathedral in the world. It was
started in 1386 by Archbishop Antonio da Saluzzo
and Lord of Milan Gian Galeazzo Visconti, who
founded the Fabbrica del Duomo to build it. Later
visit Currado Jewellery for a visit and interactive

Standard terms and conditions
(To be signed by institution authority at the time of
package confirmation)
➢ Booking and Payment Policy: 100% of the actual costs for railway tickets
and/or airfare to be paid in advance along with 50% advance of the
Program cost. Balance 50% to be paid 30 days before the date of
departure. Services will not be confirmed until the advance payments are
made.
➢ Peak season surcharges: Reservations made during peak season, select
holidays and special event periods, packages may require a surcharge, be
completely non-refundable and/or require payment in full upon booking.
➢ Registration Policy: Registration forms along with detailed itinerary will
be distributed free of charge. Registration from duty filled up by
students/parents should be submitted along with a non-refundable
advance amount. The form should be counter signed by the principle or
Program in charge teacher. Payment can be done by cash/Cheque only.
Cheque should be drawn in favor of “Happymiles Travel India Private
Limited”
➢ Punctuality: This is a measure to ensure your safety and time discipline.
Program participants will have to strictly follow to the prescribed
timetable for the day. Please follow time discipline so that scheduled
sightseeing is not missed. In case any sightseeing or services are missed
due to delay from the client's end, the same will be non-refundable.
Program participants are requested to strictly follow the time schedule
given at all times including the departure time from the hotel, sightseeing
places, etc.
➢ Meals: There are pre-set menus provided by the restaurants/hotels. We,
however reserve the right to change the meal arrangement, where
circumstances compel us to do so. Unlike an airline, we cannot process
for a special meal, diet meal etc., nor can we guarantee a special diet for
customers if applicable. In the event that the client misses his meals due
to any personal circumstances, no claim can be made for the unutilized
meals
➢ Cancellations & Refunds: Reservations cancelled 30-21 days prior to
scheduled departure will incur a charge equal to 50% of the invoice, plus
any additional fees charged by the supplier. Reservations cancelled within
20 days prior to scheduled departure are 100% non-refundable. No
refunds will be made on unused portions of any itinerary omitted by the
passenger while travelling. Refunds, credits for trip adjustments and
weather reimbursements will be returned by cheque. Some exceptions
may apply.
Student safety and Insurance
➢ We at Happymiles, make sure that no stone is unturned when it
comes to student safety and insurance against unforeseen
events.
➢ All the hotel properties are standard and well equipped with
CCTV cameras in common areas.
➢ All the buses are quipped with CCTV cameras and wireless
internet (sectors wherever possible).
➢ All network of our local vendors (buses, hotels, sightseeing
guide service providers) are well equipped and experienced in
handling school and college groups on account of our
relationship with them or their associates in other parts of the
world.
➢ Our insurance policies are specifically tailored for student and
college groups with additional features that ensure insurance
against various contingencies.
➢ We have an experienced set of responsible tour managers who
will ensure student safety and comfort all throughout these
programs.

Notice of cancellation must be made in writing and
must be received by us prior to the scheduled
Program departure. INR 1,500/INR 3,000 per person
cancellation fee will be charged by Happymiles for
domestic and international programs respectively, in
addition to any fees charged by the supplier(s).
➢ Valuable loss / theft: The institution is requested to
inform students not to carry their valuables. The
Organizers shall not under any circumstances
whatsoever be liable to extent any help or
compensate for the loss/theft, personal injury,
sickness, delay increase expense, consequential loss
or any miss adventure however caused. The
organizers reserve the right to claim any additional
amount for the expense due to delay or changes in
train, bus, flight, ships or the services, weather
conditions, war quarantine, strike or any other cause
whatsoever. Once u book on the Program you get
into an implied agreement with our company and
have read the rules and regulations laid down by
Happymiles and hence the institutions and the
program in charge has agreed to abide by them.
➢ Happymiles may use the name of your school,
college and/or university in correspondences,
including proposals, brochures, standard itineraries,
credential packs.
➢ Educational travel and learn programs for schools,
colleges and universities and pre-university students
are specifically curated by us and we would request
all our customers and prospective customers to not
share inclusions, exclusions and itineraries with
competing firms.
➢ Other important terms: The Company has full rights
to shift the Itinerary and make changes which suit
the best to our client, in situations which are beyond
control of the company.
➢ Emergency Contact: Our goal at Happymiles is
