At UPS we ensure that every child receives a broad education and the necessary support to
achieve their full potential within a stimulating, secure and caring learning environment. UPS
is committed to providing high quality education based on the Philippines Curriculum. It is
committed to continual review and improvement based on best practice in other countries
and on the needs of the children.

VISION
The vision of The Universal Philippine School is to prepare students to become successful
learners who can develop the skills and qualities necessary for learning life and work in the
21st Century. It envisions itself to be the sole provider of transformative and globally
competitive education. It also hopes to produce faith centered, environment- friendly, socially
responsive, and values-oriented individuals and uphold the vision, mission, and values of
Abu Dhabi 2030 vision. UPS ensures the local community to be well-represented and
participates in the development of the school and its place within the Abu Dhabi landscape
and to educate students, so they understand, respect and promote the local culture, religion
and heritage of the United Arab Emirates

GOALS

● Equip our learners with the necessary knowledge, skills and attitude that
should empower them for life-long learning and productive endeavor;
● Provide learning conditions and processes that could develop the learners
maximum potentials and skills to enable them to be globally competitive
● Empower the teachers with instructional competencies, management and
collaborative skills.
● Create an effective learning environment both at home and school to support
student performance
● Achieve functional and maximum use of all school resources and facilities.
Increase parental and community support and involvement in the learners
education; and
● Instill desirable values of honesty, respect, integrity., self-discipline, self-
reliance, and nationalism
