Dear SRAM,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to provide clarification regarding my educational
background in response to the requirement for the Cambridge GCE Ordinary Level certification.

I understand that your records indicate that I have not completed the Cambridge GCE Ordinary
Level examinations. However, I wish to bring to your attention that I did not undertake the
Cambridge GCE Ordinary Level due to a unique circumstance in my educational journey.

I am a product of the Rwandese national educational system, where I completed my schooling

up to a certain level. Subsequently, I transitioned directly to the Cambridge educational system
without undergoing the Cambridge GCE Ordinary Level examinations. This direct transition was
facilitated by personal choice and the structure of my educational path.

Although I did not sit for the Cambridge GCE Ordinary Level examinations, I assure you that my
educational background and qualifications align with the standards required for the position or
purpose for which this certification is being sought. I have successfully completed the equivalent
level of education within the Rwandese educational framework and have proceeded to attain
qualifications within the Cambridge system at a higher level.

I kindly request your understanding and consideration of this unique circumstance in evaluating
my educational credentials. If necessary, I am prepared to provide any additional documentation
or information to support my application or request.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. Should you require any further clarification or
documentation, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Yours sincerely,

Lucien Rutayisire
