EXECUTION
Parents Night Out
Parents night out was our biggest and probably
most difficult event to plan. it al started off with an
Profit
idea to have an event for our community that
$600
hasn’t been used before. This event allowed
parents to drop off their children for 3 hours while $500

they got a free night. $400

When planning this we expected to get a
small amount of interest, but the amount of $300

interest we got surprised us all. Our goal profit for $200

the night was $250 (about 16 kids attending)
which would be about equal to what the pantry $100

lost monthly. Once people started signing up that $0

goal was quickly surpassed. our ending total was
$510 with 34 kids attending. With the amount of
participants we had we made the decisions to host
a second parents night out in February.

$600

We created an new program that gave our

$500
community members the option to donate money
and see what specifically that money went to we $400

called this sponsor a month. this gave them the

$300
opportunity to choose to sponsor the whole moth
for the pantry or sponsor the bag sack days or a $200

pantry day. Doing this created a template that the $100

pantry could continue using to raise funds.
