Event-wise machine allocation for participants' - 1 sheet, Pencil, eraser

Responsibilities of Lab instructors (Secondary Lab)

1. Get Participants Machine Allotment sheet from Core Team

2. Switch on all machines in lab to check their working status at 9 am
3. Check if internet access is available
4. Login for each participating school for Design Wiz and 3D Innovate Challenge events
5. Explain rules of the events to participants in lab / classroom
6. Direct students to their allotted machines for Design Wiz and 3D Innovate Challenge
7. Solve queries of participants
8. Announce start of Design Wiz and 3D Innovate Challenge events
9. If there is machine problem, move participants to another machine.
10. Monitor participants to ensure that they
● Maintain discipline
● Follow the rules of the event
● Do not cheat
● Save their work (based on event)
11. Monitor the end time of events
12. Declare end of Design Wiz and 3D Innovate Challenge events
13. Announce to participants to form queue
14. Instruct Movement Coordinators to move participants out from lab to classroom
15. Logout for each school for the Design Wiz and 3D Innovate Challenge event
16. Inform Core Team member about any issue faced

Guidelines
● Be polite but firm with participants
● Instructions must be followed
● Immediately bring to the notice of Core Team if there is issue with participants, hardware
or software, internet
● Login at a spare machine and move participants of school to spare machine in case of
hardware issue
