Job Description:
Location: Remote (travelling to Luxembourg one in 2 months)
Responsibilities:
 Management of technical support activities and acting as a point of contact between Business
and IT teams
 Application support / management of complex multi-tiered application
 Release management - coordinate continuous systems evolution deployments across env’s,
harmonize releases across systems (vendor and in-house) and MW components (e.g.Kafka)
 Coordinate setting-up and evolution of automated testing framework (not yet developed)
 Administering CI/CD pipelines via Azure for vendor supplied application
 Deployment of application software via Azure (manual in case of issues)
 Application monitoring (how to, define what to monitor etc. etc. ) using Splunk
 Application automation using powers shell scripts and autosys or similar scheduling tool

Skills and Qualifications:

  Experience in the area of application support with a responsibility for managing the resolution of
application and system issues
 Ability to resolve and explain complex issues to those with limited IT and systems knowledge
 Understanding integration with the banks landscape of tool, , Kafka
 Be capable to understand the GUI, how to use it for hot fixes etc.
 Knowledge of IIS installations and administration
 Basic knowledge of Oracle and MongoDB, how it works, how to query etc.
 Understanding how to look into performance analysis (end to end)
 Understand the data needs of the application, again basic know how to query mongo
 Ability in Powershell, or bash scripting
