2.1 Exploration: Case Studies

The reason why people share contents online so they can

1. To identify and represent themselves to others

2. Networking to get notice and
3. Self grati cation
4. Delivering information and entertain people
5. Improve relationships

My customer will be that local business like chefs, musicians, performers,

entrepreneurs or marketing company in need of a brand/content creator. This
audience will come to me if they need help identifying their brand, product
campaigns, launching a product, site or coordinating live online content. They
will share content in person, live or online. Is there any other way lol?

The information isn’t surprising but very understandable. However I do feel

sometimes emails are not always popular anymore only for employees or
completing your day to day tasks. These days its more easier to get in touch
with people by visiting your social media connects.

With Lizzies’ case the content creators were using a strategy to engage the
audience. This encourages audience to become active participants rather than
be viewers and become apart of the narrative. So what I can do is create pop
up interactive shops/projects free of charge for customers or online engagement
for free giveaways.

The focus should always be on the audience instead of yourself especially if you
want to gain loyal followers that turn into loyal customers and generate income.
You want an audience that can connect to you and what you represent as a
brand and company.

A story requires creativity and has to connect to audiences on a deeper and

emotional level. Great stories need emotion and authenticity.
