8 Description of cases ON OCTOBER 24, 2023 HIGH MUMBER OF CASES OF DIARRHEA AND VOMITING
WERE REPORTED BY THE SCHOOL HEAD OF NABUCLOD ELEMENTARY
SCHOOL TO OUR RHU STAFF THRU CHAT, HENCE ALARMED AND DID A CASE
INVESTIGATION ON OCTOBER 25, 2023, HIGH NUMBERS OF INDIVIDUALS FROM
SITIO CENTRO AND LABUAN WERE IDENTIFIED, THERE WERE 7 DEATHS ALSO
REPORTED. IT STARTED SINCE SEPTEMBER BUT IT BECAME RUMOANT ON
THE 4TH WEEK OF OCTOBER, MOST CASES WERE ADMITTED IN ROMANA
PANGAN DISTRICT HOSPITAL AND SOME WERE TREATED AT HOME. STOOL
SPECIMEN WERE COLLECTED TO ACTIVE CASES ALSO AND WERE SENT TO
ROMANA PANGAN DISTRICT HOSPITAL. MOST OF THE STOOL EXAM RESULTS
HAVE BACTERIA IN THEIR FECES.

OCTOBER 26, 2023 WATER SAMPLING DONE ON 4 IDENTIFIED SOURCES OF


WATER, 1 WATER REFILLING STATION, 2 SPRING WATER-TALAGA, 1 DEEP
WELL NEAR THE MOSQUE.

AS OF NOVEMBER 3- ADMITTED CASES WERE 130 ALREADY WITH 7 DEATHS,


1 DEATH OF 11 ONTH OLD IS STILL SUSPECTED CASE.
