“The Unlucky Hunter”

“The Unlucky Hunter” Seong Jin-woo.

It was a title that followed him wherever he

went.

Even as a Hunter, his abilities were barely above

that of a ordinary person. If it wasn’t for his
slightly more durable constitution or his slightly
increased healing factor, there was but a little
difference between him and a non-Hunter. As
such his Hunting career was riddled with varies
of injuries. There were even times where he
goes the line between life and death itself.
But he was not a Hunter because he wanted to
or enjoyed his job. It was dangerous, filled with
ridicule, and the pay was disappointing.

One day Seong Jin-woo was walking to his

hunting spot but suddenly he heard a loud and
eerie screech, he said to himself “Is It a animal?
Is it even ananimal? I have never heard such a
scary screech.”

*Crack, Crack, Crack* he could hear something

getting closer to him, as he backs up hidden in
the woods he sees 2 tall dark figures which he
cannot see their faces in his hiding spot, he
overheard the 2 dark figures talking about
hunting the animal or thing that screeched
loudly.
As the 2 dark figures went away Seong Jin-woo
decided to chase after them to see what the
animal that released a horrid sound would look
like.

After a few minutes of following the two dark

figures, he realized that it was the “Dishonored
One”, Ryomen Sukuna, and the “Honored One”,
Satoru Gojo hunting down their prey with ease.

Sukuna can be seen charging a Fire Arrow as he

said “Open” aiming at a grizzly bear filled with
magic and Gojo can be seen preparing his
Hollowed Purple as he sends out “Blue” and
“Red”.
They take down the grizzly bear and soon
enough, Seong Jin-woo got lucky for the first
time in his life and he asked the two to teach
him how to be strong, and they did.

Seeing how Jin-woo was weak and fragile like a

normal human would be, Sukuna taught Jin-woo
how to overcome his curse remembering how
no one taught him in the first place.

A few years pass by and Jin-woo started hunting

with his teachers, they had fun while training
and soon they were overcoming every obstacle
thrown on their paths, and if other strong
Hunter’s dare to oppose them?
They would soon disappear through time and
history.

Well, looking back at how well matured he has

grown up to be, he’s better off finding a new job
which would suit him the best.

LITERARY ANALYSIS
Title: The Unlucky Hunter
Setting: Somewhere in the rural area of Tokyo,
Japan.

Characters:
MC-Seong Jin-woo
-A man in his 20s, which was cursed with the
worst luck.
Side Characters:
Satoru Gojo
-One of the strongest Hunters and was believed
to be blessed by the Gods, which he earned the
title “The Honored One”
Ryomen Sukuna
-A friend of Gojo, was believed to be cursed by
the Gods similarly too Jin-woo though he
overcame it by sheer force and will, which he
earned the title “The Dishonored One”.
Plot:
Seong Jin-woo was in despair knowing he
would get to nowhere with his curse, when he
met two of the strongest Hunters in history by
random luck, he turned out to be one of the
strongest Hunters as well.
