of preparing goods for transport, warehousing,
logistics, sale and end use.

For BREADS & CAKES – the recommended packaging
are preferably heat sealable waxed paper with high
water-permeability, semi moisture proof cellophanes,
plastic and film. Packaging should be rigid enough to
protect the baked goods against physical damage.
For COOKIES – the recommended packaging
should be fat resistant, rigid and oxygen
resistant. Laminates such as cellophane, coated
foils and metalized polyester are also used.
