Packaging can be described as a coordinated system

Packaging should be rigid enough to protect the baked goods against physical damage. For COOKIES – the recommended packaging should be fat resistant, rigid and oxygen resistant. Laminates such as cellophane, coated foils and metalized polyester are also used.
