It is humbly submitted that both the applicants are major and have

married on 31-05-2023 at mandir shir naina devi deviki dham according

hindu Rites with our free will and consent and since then we are living

together as husband and wife.

Gora singh son of chota singh ( Father of the applicant no.1) ; Hanso

kaur wife of Gora singh ( Mother of the applicant no.1); Jagseer singh son

Gora singh ( Brother of the applicant no.1); all resident of village uppali

Barnala are not happy with the marriage of the applicants and the

applicants have apprehension that the above said persons may cause hurt

to the applicants. They may also implicate the applicants in a false criminal

case.
 Now the applicants have apprehension that the family members of

the applicants may cause hurt to the applicants and can implicate the

applicants in some false and frivolous criminal case. Through this

application we request your goodself to protect the life and liberty of the

applicants at the hands of the above mentioned persons.
