Instructions for Patient Teaching Plan

Students are required to prepare a Pediatric patient teaching plan following APA format. Students will identify a relevant patient teaching topic
based on the needs in the clinical area. The patient teaching plan should be completed in the given template.

Paper should be computer generated with word format, within 3- 5 pages, Font size 12, Times New Roman, APA format and include a reference
page with at least 3 references.

A hard copy of the assignment should be submitted at the beginning of class on WEEK 8. Students are required to send the soft copies through
e- mail.

This assignment will be graded for 10%.
