Writing

You have had a class discussion about the following statement

“Fast food is a good alternative to cooking for yourself”.

Write an essay in 140-190 words expressing your opinion and giving reasons for your
point of view.

Today we had a class discussion about “Fast food is a good alternative to cooking for
yourself”. In my opinion I would choose homemade meal.
First of all, when you cook something by yourself, you improve your cooking skills. So you
can impress your family or friends by making delicious meal. Or just know what to do when
you are hungry and don't have enough money to buy fast food.
Another argument for cooking by yourself, is that you will know what exactly you are
eating. Also you can count calories in your meal, so you can make your food healthier. It is
really helpful if you visit GYM.
On the other hand, fast food can be a good option when you don't have time to cook
something by yourself and don't have enough money to buy something better. To my mind,
fast food is really tasty, but it is too unhealthy.
My final point is that many people might say that fast food is better because it is cheap,
tasty and fast, but I feel that we need to know what we are eating and it will be much tastier
than fast food.
To conclude I believe that we should choose homemade food, because in a few years of our
life we will understand how bad fast food is for our health.
