MOTOR NERVE STUDY
Upper limb:
Bilateral median nerve shows prolonged distal motor latency,
normal CMAP amplitude and reduced conduction velocity.
Lower limb:
BilateralTibial and Peroneal nerve shows normal distal motor latency
Normal CMAP amplitude, reduced conduction velocity.
SENSORY NERVE STUDY
Upper limb: SNAPs
Bilateral median nerve show normal latency with nornmal
Lower limb:
are not recordable.
Bilateral sural and superficial peroneal nerve SNAPs
LATE RESPONSE:
bilateral tibial nerves.
F wave: Normal in bilateral median, prolonged in
H-reflex: prolonged in right and absent in left side
SPONTANEOUS ACTIVITY. NORMAL
EMG STUDY:NEEDLE EMG SHOWSNO QUADRICEPS, LEFT
BILATERAL
MUAPS AND RECRUITMENT IN LEFT TA,
GASTROCNEMIUS MUSCLES.
