help you identify the ff:
Orange - Paying Participants, with meal inclusion
Green - Non-paying Participants, no meal inclusion
Yellow - Core Team & Volunteers, with meal inclusion
Blue - Invited Guests, with meal inclusion
● In cases where no wristband is worn, please refer to the given list of
people with meals per day
Assignments:
● Assign volunteers responsible for food distribution per event
● Designate an area where you can station for snacks distribution (e.g. RPP
5th & 6th floor lobby)
● Identify specific time for snack distribution – communicate with Program

● Prepare & Print the registration forms, IDs, certificates
● Prepare the Summit Kit for paying participants & guests
● Prepare the Professional Fees & Acknowledgement Receipts
● Assign tasks that are doable for student volunteers
● Set target dates for the completion of necessary materials

● Wear Formal attire for Day 1 and 2. Ushers must look presentable and
neat. No wearing of above the knee skirts and skirts with slits for the
ladies.
Assignments:
● Assign ushers/usherettes per event (opening – all, summit trail/RMT – all)
● Determine areas where ushers will station especially for the Opening
● Decide on the color of the dress code of the ushers
● Ask for the floor plan, venues/room assignments, and people involved
● Group student volunteers (including 31 internal paying students) who will
usher the external observers for the Explorers’ Expo
● Create sash for ushers and signage with the name of the school for the
expo
Functions:
● Cover the events of the summit
● Create real time postings of the summit
● Take charge of the JSRS official FB Page

1-2; Buffet for Day 3.

● Assign volunteers who will cover the events
● Name of the student who will manage the JSRS FB Page

up video
● Prepare relevant music & videos to be played during the events
