what happens if the defects goes High temperature,Short circ entry of water High temperature,Short
till the car? circuit
3. Notes
* Operators do not use the magnifying glass or lampe
* Operators way of holding the lot of wires is not correct (they do not use their thumbs)
* Operators do not check the top part of the terminal
* Operators way of isolating found defect while checking other files is not correct ( each time they
find defect they put it on the table one by one)
* Operators do not check the micrometer before using it based on the work instruction
4. what counter-measures for next time?
Re-train operators about :
* Importance of magnifying glass and lampe * Correct way of holding wires * which parts of the
terminal and how to check * the method of isolating found defect * First level check of the equipment
