 main valves V1 & V2 (front, PP-VMS-NO-DPS1-8)

keeper-color silver,
the keeper core must be secured by a locking ring in the
keeper sleeve.
The pilot valve can´t open anymore if the locking ring is
missing or fallen out. The consequence is that during
regeneration on the other vessel both main valves will be
closed and pressure at hole dryer system drops down.

 expansion valves V3 & V4 (back, PP-VMS-NC-DPS1-8)

keeper-color brass,
This keeper core is not secured with locking ring.
Here it is normal that it fall out if you dismantle it.

1 cm
 desiccant filling / -change
- change of desiccant should be done
every 4-5 years
 While change of desiccant take care that nothing enters
this hole (could later block and damage the valves).
Tip : mask it with adhesive tape during maintenance.
(but don´t forget to remove at end of the work)

 To achieve a compact and complete filling give a few

kicks with a rubber mallet around to the aluminum
profile after first filling.
The kicks will effect proper layer optimization.
Afterwards fill further desiccant in until you reach a gap
of 1 cm to the edge of the aluminum profile, cause the
demister need this space.
