Event Process
We are ready to support your event with crew management. We can manage your
ticket redemption, on the spot ticket selling, and in-out gate.
Our crowd management will smoothen the customer flow in the area to queue as effective
yet efficient as possible.

With our technology, your redemption and on the spot ticket selling will be using POS
system and scanner to validate and capture the customer’s data at ease. After collecting
the ticket, customer shall go to the entrance to be validated by our manpower with Kiostix
mobile device to prevent the counterfeit ticket.

At the end of the day, Event Report will be sent to you consists of the summary of ticket
redemption and sales settlement, as well as crowd report, event troubleshoot, and solutions.

Post Event Process


Proceed your sales settlement in D+3 to D+7 after event, detailing with commission and
tax to count your final revenue in online and offline ticket selling.

Kiostix’ terms of payment should be D+3 to D+7 working days after event and client will
receive transfer remittance on D+7 after invoice sent to Kiostix.

Parallel, event review should be considered by both party to evaluate the performance of
the held event.
