NOTICE

PROMOTION SCORE OF CANDIDATES APPEARED IN ONLINE WRITTEN TEST

FOR PROMOTION TO MMG SCALE II / MMG SCALE III (FY 2024-25)

Promotion process for the financial year 2024-25 has been successfully
completed and list of finally qualified candidates promoted to MMG Scale II &
MMG Scale III has been displayed on HRMS Notice Board.

As per Promotion Policy circulated vide HRMD Circular 722 dated

04/10/2023, “Break up of aggregate marks scored by every candidate under
various parameters shall be uploaded in HRMS within 10 days of declaration
of final result of promotion which will be accessible only to the concerned
officer through ‘Self Service’ in HRMS". However, marks will not be uploaded in
respect of those candidates whose cases are covered under Sealed Cover Procedure
and whose cases have been identified as resorted to unfair means in the written
test.

3. As a result, we are uploading the promotion score of all candidates who

appeared in online written test for promotion MMG Scale II & MMG Scale III
(Mainstream & Technical stream) in the current promotion process including
marks obtained in various parameters viz. APAR, Branch Experience,
Qualification, Online Written Test and Interview, as the case may be, along with
the final result.
