• 2017 is when we took charge as the designated partner of

Shanmukhiah & Pandurang, Chartered Accountants a firm
established in 1956

• 2018 is when we transitioned all the clients to our New Firm

under the name Rishabh Raja & Co., Chartered Accountants.

Ashish Mandelia – Director, Taxation & Advisory

-Ashish Mandelia heads the Corporate Advisory, Valuation and the Indirect Tax,
Accounts Outsourcing Practice of the firm.
-He specializes in transaction advisory and guides Companies on tax structures,
valuation and governance framework. Along with being on the advisory board of
large Corporates and advising them on strategy, finance and governance.
-He has also been steering start ups over the last decade, helping them setup
robust systems that enable better compliance and governance, and getting them
‘due diligence ready’.
