Article IV, A Teacher and the Profession, has five sections that are all about how a teacher

should
be as a professional. A teacher needs more knowledge about his or her profession to help every youth
learn more. "If we want students to learn, the most critical element is the teacher. So professional
development is the overall most important thing we can do to help students learn."

A teacher is a noble profession. Hence, as a future educator, I must know how to actualize my
profession. Propessedly in Section 1. Every teacher shall actively insure that teaching is noblest
profession, and shall manifest genuine enthusiasm and pride in teaching as noble calling. I agree on
Section 1 because, as a future educator, I must be aware that teaching is the noblest profession, so I
must be it. Otherwhile in Section 2. Every teacher shall uphold the highest possible standards of quality
education, shall make the best preparation for the career of teaching, and shall be it his best at all times
and in the practice of his profession. I concur with what is stated in Section 2 because I believe that
learning has no end, especially when you are a teacher. As a future educator, I want to teach my future
pupils the best I can. This is what a teacher's heart is: to teach the best he or she can. Purportedly in
Section 3. Every teacher shall participate in the Continuing Professional Education (CPE) program of the
Professional Regulation Commission, and shall pursue such other studies as will improve his efficiency,
enhance the prestige of the profession, and strengthen his competence, virtues, and productivity in
order to be nationally and internationally competitive. Definitely yes, because as a future educator, I
need to develop and improve my knowledge to be more effective and efficient in teaching. As a future
educator, I understand and am aware that the teaching profession is an eternity of learning.
Concurrently in Section 4. Every teacher shall help, if duly authorized, to seek support from the school,
but shall not make improper misrepresentations through personal advertisements and other
questionable means. Since I am aware that teachers, particularly those working in schools, should be
professionals, I also agree with Section 4. Lastly, as stated in Section 5. Every teacher shall use the
teaching profession in a manner that makes it dignified means for earning a decent living. In light of how
important it is to be a professional educator, I concur. My job has to be something I genuinely love and
embrace. And while it's a source of pride for me, I also need to be committed.

Teaching is the noblest profession; before you enter the field of education, your heart, mind, and
characteristics must be fully ready to commit to terms, conditions, and regulations as a professional.
Every teacher shall be professional inside and out of school. As a future educator, you must learn how to
be a professional, as stated in Article III, A Teacher and the Profession.
