Music as a tool to saving children exposed to violence

Science says that early music exposure may benefit babies and young children in general, as it
reduces the amount of stress.

As above mentioned, music has a calming effect on infants. But, what about music impact on an
older child who has some behavioural problems? It can certainly calm them down and distract from the
bad feelings. I think some soothing melodies help children reduce the stress and keep their attention
away from the negative thoughts. They can regulate their emotions by being exposed to some healhtier
way of dealing with intense feelings through lyrics.
However, we must be careful because aggressive music can reflect as a mirror, providing
children some negative emotions like anger, dissapointment and sadness which could make them
behave violently and short tempered.

My strongest intelligence

Science says there are different types of intelligence like verbal, logical, musical, kinesthetic, visual,
emotional intelligence, etc.

I think my strongest intelligence is definitely intrapersonal intelligence. Somehow, I understand

my emotions and feelings and I am able to control them successfully when needed. Of course, that
wasn’t always the case. I used to react emotionally to a lot of things until I started working on self -
analysis. When I realised that I was too sensitive to what other people tell me, I tried hard not to attach
importance to irrelevant comments about me. Step by step, I succeded to regulate my own behaviour
and access my emotions and feelings.

Today, I can proudly claim that I am well aware of my desires and thoughts, so I can make
decisions which certainly contribute to my mental health.
What is your least strong intelligence?

Science claims there are different types of intelligence like verbal, logical, musical, kinesthetic,
visual, emotional intelligence, etc.
I think my least strong intelligence is the logical – mathematical. People with that ability can
handle problem-solving tasks and numbers easily, while I hate them. Besides that, I’ve always lacked
a logical reasoning and analysis, my biggest flaw is that I jump to conclusions very quickly. That
practically means I am not able to analyze complex problems, break them down into smaller pieces and
and try to find solutions in a gradual way. Additionally, I’m not sure if I can think abstractly in order to
understand some logical structures.
Considering the fact that I strive to become a successful doctor, I have to improve my logical
intelligence if I want to conduct different experiments and understand cause-and-effect relationships.
