Hi, I’m Inés, and I’m going to talk about the health, specially about a healthy

diet. Although there are a lot of options to staying fit, health is not only physical
but also mental.
When it comes to have a healthy diet you must pay attention to this factors:
-You have to eat varied food, you can’t eat only the food you like or prefer, you
must eat a little bit of everything. This helps you to get nutrients.
- You have to control the servings. The calories you should take changes
depending on your age and gender.
- Other very important point is hydration, you have to drink a lot of water and
this will help you to control your appetite.
-As you may know you also have to eat fruits and vegetables at least 5 times a
day.
As we can see having a balanced diet it’s not easy, we have to remember that
is not about remove foods, but reduce them. A good way to stick to your diet
would be to plan it, so you will reduce the possibility to skip it.
Apart from having a balanced diet you must do exercise and keep fit your body,
some ways to do it are, joining a sport, go to the gym or just walking around
your city.
I personally don’t follow a diet but, I eat varied food, drink a lot of water and do
¡exercise. Although that I thing that being healthy during the adolescence is the
most important because it’s when we are growing and developing.
In conclusion for all the things I have said, having a healthy diet, doing exercise
and be mentally healthy are the importants things that do you need to have a
balance life, above all if you are a teenager.
