The Roseate New Delhi is a one of its kind

Inspired by the five elements of Hindu
philosophy – air, water, fire, earth and sky,
internationally acclaimed architect Khun Lek
Bunnag conceived The Roseate New Delhi.
The Roseate New Delhi’s regally columned
verandahs that are a mnemonic of the royal
lineage of Delhi and the ornate greens
enveloping more than 2000 matured trees
and 3 acres of water bodies are not the only
reason for it to be considered an architectural
beauty. The resort possesses intricate bronze
meshwork in the guest areas, over 20 ft high
doors, high dome ceilings and Isfahan pillars
fused with a five century old Moghul architec-
ture personifying the monumental ambience
that exuberates aristocracy. The water element
is symbolised with waterways which journey
along the length of the resort stimulating a
therapeutic detox to industrious city life. To
preserve the environment of tranquillity,
650,000 brass ficus leaves have taken up the
wall not only as a design element but to act as
insulators to the city sound.
STAY
The Roseate New Delhi consists of 65
elegantly furnished rooms and suites of which
11 rooms host an additional 40 sqm of private
deck by the lakeside. Each of the rooms and
suites is designed using a palette of calming
tones and colour, luxurious furnishings, high
efficiency technology, bespoke bathrooms that
are a fascinating blend of style and comfort.
CHI NI
Inspired by the liberated art of cooking at Kai
Mayfair, Chi Ni endeavours to bring the same
individuality and eccentricity that the brand
represents. The 140 cover restaurant, the only
one under a tent canopy in the country, offers
private dining rooms, indoor dining, a winery,
bar seating and an alfresco experience perched
atop a manicured hill overlooking the iconic
stained glass boat by Khun Lek Bunnag in the
magical landscape setting of The Roseate.

IAH BAR

KIYAN
Kiyan at The Roseate New Delhi is the
resort’s world cuisine alfresco restaurant with
a European edge, both in terms of cuisine
and a fine dining experience. The restaurant,
set amidst Isfahan columns surrounded by
water bodies also offers Indian and Thai
cuisine prepared using fresh, seasonal,
organic produce. Kiyan is renowned for
its array of hors d’oeuvres with dishes
delicately handcrafted by expert chefs.
AHELI SPA
The Sanskrit derivation of ‘Aheli’ is pure,
while in Hebrew, it symbolises a feeling of
purity, grace and elegance. Wellness at Aheli
encompasses every element - design, service,
experts and a bespoke menu of treatments.
Signature services at the spa are designed
to detox, cleanse, nourish, nurture, heal
and rejuvenate. These include body rituals,
scrubs, wraps, facial, skin, hair and salon
services. Treatments offered at the Aheli Spa
are a blend of Ayurveda, Yoga, Indonesian,
Thai & European wellness philosophies.
The spa has well-appointed spaces, each
designed to offer holistic wellbeing. These
include 3 single suites, 1 couple suite,
a traditional hammam, open verandah,
open therapy rooms, open Thai massage

MEETING AND BANQUET SPACES

offering well appointed rooms, banquet
spaces and picturesque outdoor spaces.
The Ballroom at The Roseate can host
65 guests in a round table setting and
120 guests in a theatre style seating
arrangement. In addition to a meeting
room for a gathering of 30-40 guests, there
is a small meeting room and 2 boardrooms.
The lawns of The Roseate New Delhi can
accommodate upto 350 guests. The unique
architecture and green landscape make the
